CareWorks
accepts personal checks, cash, private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid
(patients under 21) and verified worker's compensation insurance as
payment for treatment rendered. Applicable deductible amounts and/or
co-payments, whether fixed amount or a percentage of charges, are due at
each visit.
We regret that we cannot accept attorney cases for payment directly from the attorney's office. If you have retained the services of an attorney, you will be responsible for full payment of your bill at the time of service. You may file medical insurance or utilize another payment source. We do not file any automobile insurances without proper information and verification. Payment is required at the time of the visit.
Our primary goal is the wellness of our patients. To that end, we work closely with our patients on their specific financial and insurance needs in order that our patients can concentrate on improving their health. Our office staff will coordinate your insurance coverage, explain benefits and help resolve any related problems. Some insurance carriers require a doctor's referral and a written prescription as well as preauthorization/ precertification. Contact CareWorks and discuss your insurance coverage prior to receiving therapy. We want you to understand the costs.
New patients should plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early in order to complete the required paperwork.
